Step 2- Apply

Once you have viewed the home, please fill out an application and drop it off at the Century 21 Flagstaff Realty office along with a $30 application fee*. 

Approval decision is made after a credit check, background check, income verification, and reference check, please note that it is not first come first serve.

Application Criteria includes income at or over 3 times the rent, credit score over 650, clean criminal history, no past evictions. 

*This fee is per adult. 

Step 3 - Approval

After approval the following will be due:
$2400 Security Deposit (DUE IMMEDIATELY to hold property)

Security Deposit Includes: 

$1600 Refundable Security Deposit
$500 Refundable Cleaning Deposit*
$300 Non-Refundable Deposit*

$100 Administration Fee Per Adult Applying

$1600 for first full month of rent (DUE BEFORE move-in and pro-rated if move-in month is not a full month)

*If adding a pet, refundable cleaning deposit is $300 and Non-refundable deposits equal $500
