Hi there! I’m Ahren Carscallen, a local REALTOR® and property manager in Flagstaff, Arizona. I help people buy and sell homes, manage rental properties, and find the right piece of land or investment property in this beautiful mountain town.

I’ve been licensed since 2020, but I’ve been around real estate most of my life—I'm actually a third-generation REALTOR®, and I spent over 10 years working in my family’s real estate office before officially getting my license. So, while the title came later, the experience has always been there.

If you're buying a home in Flagstaff, selling your house, or need a property manager you can trust, I’d love to help. I’ve worked with everything from cozy cabins and horse properties to vacant land and investment rentals. I really enjoy helping people find what fits them, not just checking boxes.

A little about me: I was born and raised in Arizona and have lived in Phoenix and Tucson, but Flagstaff has always felt like home. I came back to raise my family here and I still love showing people what makes this place so special. I also have a background in marketing, communications, and design—I graduated from Northern Arizona University with a degree in Strategic Communications and use those skills to help clients market their homes or get noticed in a competitive market.
