Once you have viewed the home, please fill out an application and drop it off at the Century 21 Flagstaff Realty office along with a $50 application fee per adult. (Money Order or Cashier's Check ONLY. Made out to Century 21 Flagstaff Realty)

Approval decision is made after a credit check, income verification, and reference check.

Application Criteria includes income at or over 2.5 times the rent, credit score over 650, and no past evictions. 

Step 3 - Approval

After approval the following will be due:
$2400 Security Deposit (DUE IMMEDIATELY to hold property)

Security Deposit Includes:

$2400 Refundable Security Deposit includes a Refundable Cleaning Deposit* (Tenants required to have carpets professionally cleaned upon move-out)
