One-Time Setup Fee – $250*

Your setup fee includes:

Monthly Management Fee

Management services range from 10%–15% of monthly rent and are only charged while the property is occupied.

ACH Direct Deposit Fee

$1.50 monthly ACH fee for owner direct deposits.

*Additional startup expenses may include rental preparation such as cleaning, repairs, landscaping, or maintenance to help your property become rent ready.

We strongly recommend maintaining a reserve equal to at least one month’s rent for unexpected repairs or emergency expenses.
