Apply for a Rental Home

We’re excited to help you find your next home! Before applying, please take a moment to review our rental qualifications to ensure a smooth process:

• Credit Score: 650 or higher

• Income: At least 2.5 times the monthly rent of the property you are applying for

• Rental History: No prior evictions

• Accounts: No utilities currently in collections

To apply, simply print and complete one application per adult. Once finished, you can drop off or mail your application to our office at 1900 N. Country Club Drive, Flagstaff, AZ 86004.

For each application, please include a $50 money order or cashier’s check, made payable to Century 21 Flagstaff Realty.
