Once you have viewed the home, please fill out an application and drop it off at the Century 21 Flagstaff Realty office along with a $50 application fee per adult. Application fee needs to be paid with certified funds (money order or cashier's check) and made out to Century 21 Flagstaff Realty.

Approval decision is made after a credit check, income verification, and reference check, please note that it is NOT first come first serve.

Application Criteria includes income at or over 2.5 times the rent, credit score over 680, and no past evictions, and no utility company collections on credit.

Step 3 - Approval

After approval the following will be due:
